We are looking for a skilled HR manager for one of our entities to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.


•         Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
•         Manage the recruitment and selection process;
•         Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
•         Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
•         Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance;
•         Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
•         Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.


•         BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field;
•         Proven working experience as HR manager;
•         Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, as well as strong communication skills;
•         Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
•         Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
•         The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company;
•         In-depth knowledge of labor code and HR best practices.
